Like everything, you get out of it what you put in. So, the more time and commitment you put into providing knowledgeable content and connecting with engaged users, the more benefits you will see come from it.
Do I Need Professional Video Equipment?
No. In this day and age, smart phones can video almost as well as a lot of video equipment out there. It is the value of the content more than the value of the equipment.
